Clear Pak 5000 ESD is a safe, effective, corrosion inhibitor (VCI) film specially designed to have static dissipative surface resistance of 10^9-10^10 ohms. Films are made with a bio-based, nitrite-free corrosion inhibitor (VCI) designed to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metals during in-process manufacturing, transport and storage. The proprietary corrosion inhibitors provide long-term protection in the vapor and contact phase against the corrosive effects of moisture, salt and other contaminants. Parts remain clean, dry and ready to use immediately, without additional cleaning or rework. Compatible with Daubert Cromwell rust preventive liquids, paper, foams and emitters for added protection.
